Summary

Summary
Carol Barry is desperate to pay for Dynasty to go on the school trip, but the bailiffs are on her back, forcing her to take two jobs - including one in the bar where she used to work. But when her sleazy boss gets up to his old tricks, a familiar face comes to her rescue. Connor is over the moon after being offered his dream job in London, although his mother is less than happy at the thought of him moving away. Nikki and Vix take a big step in their relationship, while George and Christine go on a date to the theatre

Funds are running so low for calculating Carol Barry (Zoe Lucker) that she is forced to accept a job in the school canteen, making an immediate enemy in haughty Gabriella (Naomi Battrick), who continues to upset with her sharp tongue and entitled strut.
With his divorce papers filed, George (Angus Deayton) begins an ardent search for the next Mrs Windsor, suffering rejection from a glum Christine (Laurie Brett) before stumbling across an unlikely but cooperative contender.
If you’re looking for brilliantly constructed plots Waterloo Road isn’t the drama for you. It does, however, offer up a strangely likeable cast of classroom caricatures who make an otherwise insipid series distinctly watchable.
