Summary
Dynasty gets a shock when her ex-boyfriend Steve-O turns up at the school, having been recently released from prison. He is going straight and wants to make a fresh start in Liverpool with her by his side. The only problem is, she has eyes for someone else. There is uproar in the staffroom when Lorraine and Michael announce the cuts they need to make to keep the school afloat - and it spells bad news for Audrey - while Maggie is forced to return to work, unable to stay by Grantly's side indefinitely. However, there is hope for the couple when Tom makes a life-changing decision. Jody Latham (Shameless) guest stars
Review
The three-headed hydra that is the Barry family continues to cause mayhem at Waterloo Road even though Dynasty, who’s been portrayed as a feather-brained bimbo since day one, suddenly reveals a penchant for chess.
Barry is running a one-man protection racket, while Casey/Robbie can’t work out how to behave if she’s to be accepted as a boy. However, it’s Dynasty’s ex-con of a boyfriend Steve-O (Shameless’s Jody Latham) who really shakes things up — although Lorraine’s cutbacks are causing a stir, too.
Several cast members are leaving this series, so see if you can read the writing on the wall for the departing staff.
