Rick visits a deer farm near Bodmin Moor run by Pip and Matt Smith, before returning to the kitchen in Padstow to make a simple venison Wellington. Later, he spends an afternoon on Porthgwarra beach with the artist Hannah Woodman, whose work is inspired by the sea-worn landscape of west Cornwall, before defining the Cornish sense of humour over a pint with comedian Jonny Cowling
