Who does she play?
A transgender female blogger living in San Francisco with her girlfriend Amanita. When Nomi is hospitalised in season one, she falls into the hands of the mysterious organisation who is tracking down sensates, the BPO. Through their shared connections, the other sensates are able to free her.
Where have I seen her before?
Jamie Clayton has a recurring role on HBO’s Hung, and also featured in Drive director’s fashion industry-slaying horror film The Neon Demon.
Tuppence Middleton - Riley Blue
Who does she play?
A wild Icelandic DJ (based in London) who is running from a devastating trauma in her past.
Where have I seen her before?
Tuppence Middleton starred as Helene in the BBC’s adaptation of War and Peace with Paul Dano and alongside Benedict Cumberbatch in The Imitation Game.
Brian J Smith - Will Gorski
Who does he play?
An all-round good guy cop from Chicago who ends up falling for troubled DJ Riley.
Where have I seen him before?
Brian J Smith is best known for guest star roles in The Good Wife and Gossip Girl, after scoring a big break in US sci-fi series Stargate Universe.
Max Riemelt - Wolfgang Bogdanow
Who does he play?
Wolfgang is an expert safe-cracker in Berlin who specialises in jewel heists. His tricky familial situation came to a head in an extremely violent manner in the season one finale.
Where have I seen him before?
This is Max Riemelt's first English-language role, but he has an illustrious career in German cinema behind him, including the 2008 thriller The Wave.
