Review
One of the guests is involved in auction-day skulduggery during this BBC Music Day special. Who could possibly bring even a whiff of scandal to taint Bargain Hunt, of all things?
Buying a load of old tat in the hope of making a profit for charity are Jarvis Cocker and Candida Doyle from Pulp (the blue team, though Cocker has obviously refused to wear the blue T-shirt) while Rowetta Satchell and Bez, from Happy Mondays, are the red team.
With experts Catherine Southon and Mark Stacey and £300 they trawl the Kent County Show Ground antiques fair; everyone’s eyes are caught by clapped-out record players and Cocker falls for a hideous Russian painting.
