Jonnie Irwin makes his way to Lincolnshire to assist a pair of expats who have a £300,000 budget to make the big return home after 11 years living abroad in Cyprus. Whilst in one of the country's largest agricultural counties, Jonnie also pays a visit to a land-based college to find out about the changing face of farming practices with the next generation of farmers
