Emmerdale spoilers: Vanessa the vet meets a new love interest
Could love be in the air when Vanessa crosses paths with a handsome stranger during a night on the tiles?
Love is on the cards for Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) when she crosses paths with a handsome young gentleman during a night on the tiles.
Emmerdale's vet has had a rocky time of late, getting the hots for her friend and colleague Rhona and enjoying an over-friendly evening with Peter Barton, but could her fresh-faced date Kirin (played by Adam Fielding) be the start of something new and exciting?
With love low on her list, Vanessa's quick to take him home but the mood is shattered when her young lover reveals he's only seventeen and the son of Rakesh (Pasha Bocarie). Shocked by his revelation, it all seems a bit too close to home for Vanessa. Will her heart start to rule her head where Kirin is concerned?
"I am thrilled to be joining Emmerdale as Kirin," said Fielding. "He's only seventeen but he's a cool and confident guy and isn't going to let his age stop him where Vanessa is concerned."
Adam will join the cast as a regular character with his first scenes airing on 21 August.
