EastEnders: Kathy usurps Geraldine as director of the Walford Christmas Show!
Can she enlist Denise to help with the script?
The local Christmas play has become big drama in Walford in recent times. Kathy Beale and Geraldine Clough have been locked in a power struggle for weeks but in upcoming episodes of EastEnders Kathy is finally victorious!
Early next week, tensions between Kathy and Geraldine continue to simmer. The opening night isn’t that far away but at rehearsals for the show the pair clash over just about everything.
The following day, rehearsals continue to go downhill. Finally, the amateur dramatists revolt against Geraldine and elect Kathy as their new leader! She takes some persuading but is eventually cajoled into taking over.
With time ticking away, Kathy turns to Denise for help with the play.
After some encouragement from local residents and her English Literature tutor, Denise agrees to write the script.
Now that Kathy is in charge can she save the show in time for the first performance? And will Geraldine bear a grudge about being axed?
