The Great British Bake Off contestants got mixing and moulding in a bid to be crowned this week's Star Baker.

But, who managed to win over the Great British Bake Off judges and hosts with the perfect crack and snap to their biscuits? And who crumbled under pressure?

Here's who won Star Baker this week!

Who won Star Baker in week 2?

The pressure was on in the Bake Off tent as Biscuit week commenced!

First up, was the Signature Challenge which saw the contestants having to make Florentine Biscuits.

Pantomime producer Lottie aced the task and received the first Hollywood Handshake of the series, but Rowan couldn't quite deliver as he attempted to decorate his bakes with mini waist coats!

The Technical Challenge proved pretty difficult for most contestants, but it was a great week for Dave - who managed to redeem himself after Sura dropped his pineapple upside down cakes on the floor the week before.

Impressing the judges with 12, identical macaroons, he managed to win the Technical Challenge putting him in the lead.

And when it came to the Showstopper, he certainly impressed presenting the judges with a Mexican style bake, which they loved the look and taste of.

The same couldn't be said for the other contestants, however.

Although her bakes looked amazing, Linda just couldn't quite master the taste of her biscuits, and they were less than impressed with Makbul's chai tea display.

Week One Star Baker Peter looked like he might be coming for his second accolade as he served up a 3D biscuit sculpture of Scottish Haggis and received huge praise from Paul for his creativity.

But in the end, the judges could only choose one contestant and named Dave as Star Baker!
