Two British national treasures combined this week for a memorable crossover.

Interviewing David Attenborough on his Radio 1 show, Greg James asked the nature broadcaster if he would narrate the opening scenes of Adele’s new music video, Hello, in the style of one of his nature documentaries.

When the much-loved Sir David asked James if Adele would be cross at him if he did, the DJ informed him, "I think Adele would probably love this more than anything in the whole world."

The finished product includes the 89-year-old's in-depth description of Adele's choice of phone: “But there’s a problem, the signal is poor and she hasn’t upgraded her handset since 1999. Hashtag flip phone.”
