It's been ten years since we first met those sun-tanned, drama-loving girls and boys on The Hills. And now its star Lauren Conrad has announced on Twitter that she's heading back to MTV to do a special programme where she'll talk about what it was like being on the hit show.

For those of us who are still mourning the end of that escapist LA glory, this news is almost too exciting to deal with.

The show will be called The Hills: That Was Then, This is Now.
