Bradley Walsh will host as ever, with the celebs competing against a group of chasers in the hopes of getting their hands on a huge cash prize for charity

Paul Sinha was missing from the panel for the recent series, as he was unable to film the episodes due to illness, and he is absent once again for the special – however, Anne Hegerty recently confirmed that Sinha would be back for future series.

The other five chasers – including relative newcomer Darragh Ennis – will all be there, so even without the Sinnerman the famous faces will certainly have their work cut out if they hope to win big.

Ahead of tonight's episode, here's everything you need to know.

When is Beat the Chasers next on TV?

The celebrity special will air on Saturday, 29th May at 8:30pm on ITV.

The previous series of the show aired the week beginning Monday, 3rd May, with episodes airing daily from Monday to Friday.

Beat the Chasers regularly trended on Twitter during series two's episodes, and fans loved the first series, which debuted last April to over 5.7 million viewers in its first night.

Which Chasers will appear on Beat the Chasers?

Beat the Chasers series two saw Mark 'The Beast' Labbett, Shaun 'The Dark Destroyer' Wallace, Anne 'The Governess' Hegerty, Paul 'Sinnerman' Sinha and Jenny 'The Vixen' Ryan team up to take on brave contestants, however brand new Chaser Darragh Ennis was notably absent as Ennis had not yet made his debut on The Chase when the spin-off was filmed.

Back in March, Darragh Ennis made his first appearance on Beat The Chasers for the celebrity special.

He returned for series three, along with Mark, Shaun, Anne, and Jenny and is back again for the new celebrity special.

It was originally planned for all six of the chasers to take part on the series, however, Paul Sinha - who was diagnosed with Parkinson's Diseases two years ago - wasn't able to film the series.

Speaking of his absence, Anne Hegerty told press including RadioTimes.com: "It didn’t feel quite right without Paul. It doesn’t feel quite right if any of us are missing. But we’d always intended to film with all six Chasers. And then, when one of us suddenly couldn’t, they rebuilt the set and they repositioned the lights, and we went ahead with just the five of us!”

On when he'd be back on the show, she added: "It’s a pity, but he will be back for future series.”

Which celebrities will appear on Beat the Chasers?

Tonight's episode will see Masterchef host Gregg Wallace, singer and Loose Women panelist Brenda Edwards, former EastEnders star Jake Wood, comedian Dom Joly and Channel 4 News journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy compete against the five chasers.

And it looks like there could be some tense moments in store for viewers, with Daragh previously revealing: "There were some very close matches against the celebs. We tried to draw them in with hard choices on the offers of time and money and that led to some last gasp wins and losses. Huge money offers were on the table. Did any celebs walk away with big cash prizes? I'm afraid you'll have to wait and see.”
