It's the question asked by Ricky Gervais as he makes hilarious spoof appearances in top shows House of Cards, Orange Is the New Black and Lilyhammer in an advert for Netflix titled "Superfan".

He appears as Frank Underwood in the Oval Office and bumps into Steven Van Zandt (Frank "The Fixer" Tagliano) from Lilyhammer, before clashing with the inmates of Litchfield prison where he realises he may be better off watching from the comfort and safety of his sofa. We doubt he's ever been called "an ugly bit of ladyman" before...
