From Anthony Hopkins to Thandie Newton, Sky Atlantic's ambitious new drama is crammed full of familiar faces
James Marsden – Teddy Flood
Who does he play?
Dashingly good-looking Teddy is Dolores’ love interest and a gun enthusiast.
Where have I seen him?
Marsden is best known for his role as Cyclops in the X-Men film series. He also played Lois Lane’s fiancé in Superman Returns.
Thandie Newton – Maeve Millay
Who does she play?
The first thing Newcomers do when they arrive in Westworld is head to the whorehouse to live out their fantasies, where they meet madam Maeve Millay.
Where have I seen her?
Television fans will recognise Newton as Grace Travis in Rogue and as Aisha in The Slap. The English actress has starred in movies including Crash, which won her a Bafta award.
Jimmi Simpson – William
Who does he play?
A new guest to the park, William is our eyes and ears in this strange world as he decides to choose the path of a hero and help Dolores.
Where have I seen him?
Simpson's probably best known for his work as unfortunate hacker Gavin in Netflix's House of Cards, though he's also appeared in series like CSI, The Newsroom and My Name is Earl.
Ben Barnes – Logan
Who does he play?
Logan (above right) is an immoral veteran of the park and William's travelling companion, with the pair generally functioning as a modern equivalent of characters played by James Brolin and Richard Benjamin in the original 1973 film.
Where have I seen him?
Barnes shot to fame playing the title role in CS Lewis blockbuster Prince Caspian, and has more recently appeared in historical drama Sons of Liberty. He is soon to appear in Netflix superhero series The Punisher.
