Summary
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is a long-running franchise of popular video games, which invites players to use stealth to complete missions in the guise of elite black ops agent Sam Fisher. Espionage in the modern era translates into an action-packed animated series, which follows Sam (voiced by Liev Schreiber) as he returns to the field as leader of a US government division called the Fourth Echelon. A wounded young operative seeks Sam's help and the veteran grabs his night vision goggles to shed light on treachery connected to the death of beloved father Douglas Shetland. Derek Kolstad, creator of John Wick, serves as lead writer for the blood-stained eight-part mission, which is the first time Splinter Cell has been successfully adapted for the screen
