A new international trailer has been unveiled for Quentin Tarantino's latest silver screen venture, Django Unchained. The film has a cast list that reads like a who's who of Hollywood, featuring Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L Jackson, Jamie Foxx, Christopher Waltz and Kerry Washington.

Set two years after the American Civil War, the plot follows freed slave Django (Foxx) and his journey across America with bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz to rescue his wife from ruthless plantation owner Calvin Candie (DiCaprio).

The newly-released trailer showcases Tarantino's witty take on the deep south slave trade in his action-filled interpretation of 1860s America. Django Unchained is set for US release on Christmas Day, with British fans having to wait until 18 January 2013.
