Michael Le Vell's comeback scenes are to air next week with Kevin Webster set to be the victim of a theft after making his return to Weatherfield.

In scenes to be shown on Friday 21 March, Kevin and his son Jack will be stepping out from a cab and onto the cobbles, where Rita (Barbara Knox) and Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) are quick to greet them. Meanwhile, Maddie (Amy Kelly) spots Kevin's bags unattended and runs off with them. When Kevin realises they've been stolen, he races off to find the offender.

Viewers, however, shouldn't get too used to seeing Kevin back on screens. It was revealed earlier this month that actor Michael Le Vell is to "take a break" from the programme to seek professional help for personal issues after admitting to cocaine use.
