This year's Olympic heroes are put through their paces. Hosted by Gabby Logan, the one-off revival will see the likes of Mo Farah, Nicola Adams and Katherine Grainger go head-to-head.

30 Years of CITV - 6:30pm, ITV1

ITV celebrates three decades of wonderful children's programming. Ant and Dec, Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton look back at the shows which gave them their big breaks and remember TV classics like Art Attack, Fun House and SMTV Live.

Climbed Every Mountain: the Story Behind The Sound of Music - 8:15pm, BBC1
