TRUTH: Yep, the words, "Beam me up, Scotty," are never said in Star Trek. The command, usually uttered by Captain Kirk to Montgomery Scott whenever he needs to be transported back to the Starship Enterprise, has only been said as a variant, including “beam me up”, and “Scotty, beam us up”. Never the less, James Doohan, who played Scotty, still chose the line as his autobiography title.
