These films are bound to be on our lips in the next few months, so here's our pick of the ones to look out for...

Match

Perfect if you want to see Patrick Stewart as a dance instructor. Yes, the former Star Trek star plays the part of eccentric choreographer Tobi. Based in New York, Tobi is asked to help a couple with their dissertation research, but soon finds their questions run deeper into his personal life, unveiling the true reason for their visit.

Miss Meadows

Katie Holmes takes on the role of an elementary school teacher who takes the law into her own hands. Think pretty dresses and guns. Things get even more complicated for Miss Meadows when she finds herself attracted to the local sheriff.

Third Person

Liam Neeson is back in Paris. Good gracious. We’ve hardly gotten over Taken. However, this seems a bit more focused on the lovey dovey side of things, with three separate romances going on in Paris, Rome and New York. Mila Kunis, Adrien Brody, James Franco and Olivia Wilde also star.

Just Before I Go

Actress Courteney Cox has gone behind the camera for Just Before I Go. Her directorial debut sees American Pie star Seann William Scott head home for a final hurrah before committing suicide. Rather far from the frivolity of Friends, eh?

Life Partners

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester teams up with none other than her husband Adam Brody. Not to make it awkward at all, but Brody gets right in the way of Meester’s character’s friendship with her best buddy, played by Gillian Jacobs. Three’s company, Brody…

Boulevard

Oh, how a random drive through the city can upset the balance. That’s what Robin Williams finds anyway. He’s a banker and a devoted husband, but just one night changes it all. Also stars Breaking Bad’s Bob Odenkirk.

Chef

Jon Favreau directs and stars in this film about a chef whose career crumbles thanks to a bad review. There are some familiar faces in the cast too – Robert Downey Jr, Sofia Vergara and Scarlett Johansson no less.

Begin Again

This film will close out Tribeca, and having already shown at the Toronto International Film Festival it is set to be a popular one. Keira Knightley is singing, Mark Ruffalo is there as a record exec having some tough times and even singer Adam Levine is in the mix.
