Peter Mayhew proves once and for all that Han Solo shot first
Has Chewbacca's script finally set the record straight?
Peter Mayhew, aka Chewbacca from Star Wars, sent a teeny tiny tweet last night. Nothing major. Just proof that Han Solo shot first in Star Wars IV: A New Hope.
For years it's been debated over: did Harrison Ford's character shoot Bounty Hunter Greedo first, or in self-defence?
Well, with a snap of his original script for the 1977 hit, it seems Mayhew has put the argument to bed.
