Neil Gaiman, Margaret Atwood, Ricky Gervias and David Cameron were among those with fond words for the much-loved author who has died aged 66
Authors, actors, comedians and politicians took to Twitter to express their sadness at the death of Terry Pratchett. From Pratchett's life-long friend and collaborator Neil Gaiman to Margaret Atwood, Caitlin Moran to Ricky Gervais, a whole host of stars and colleagues paid tribute to the much-loved author, satirist and right-to-die campaigner.
Pratchett's life-long friend and Good Omens co-author led the tribute with a simple message and a plea for help to combat the disease the author had been suffering from.
